Look at the nearest counter, table, chair, or passenger seat. What has been there long enough that you have stopped seeing it—a cup, receipt, hair tie, or unopened letter?

Not because the object is important. Because it is evidence: what demanded attention, what could wait, and what quietly became part of the room.

Take a photograph. Write one sentence. Or simply look long enough to see it again. Remembering should not become another task you have to perform correctly.

One thing to noticeWhat small piece of evidence did today leave behind?

That is enough for this Tuesday.
